2022年7月28日,炬光科技出席光電匯舉辦的主題論壇——“光言萬(wàn)物”。在本次論壇中,炬光科技激光光學(xué)事業(yè)部亞太區(qū)產(chǎn)品線總監(jiān)喬娟發(fā)表題為《藍(lán)光半導(dǎo)體激光器的光學(xué)整形》的報(bào)告。

報(bào)告摘要

藍(lán)光半導(dǎo)體激光器的應(yīng)用在最近幾年得到廣泛拓展,持續(xù)推動(dòng)著銅、鋁等高反材料加工方式的變革。與紅外光相比,藍(lán)光對(duì)高反金屬的高吸收率為傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)應(yīng)用,如切割,焊接帶來(lái)了巨大的便利。除材料加工外,藍(lán)光在醫(yī)療、照明、泵浦等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用也倍受關(guān)注。

對(duì)藍(lán)光半導(dǎo)體激光器的光學(xué)整形,相較于紅外半導(dǎo)體激光器更有挑戰(zhàn):

? 常用的光學(xué)材料對(duì)藍(lán)光的吸收高于紅外光,比如紅外光常用的高折射率玻璃S-TIH53;

? 材料對(duì)激光的吸收會(huì)導(dǎo)致熱透鏡效應(yīng),致使產(chǎn)品尺寸變化進(jìn)而影響產(chǎn)品光學(xué)性能;

? 微光學(xué)透鏡的溫升可能會(huì)影響膠水性能,進(jìn)而影響產(chǎn)品光學(xué)性能。

熔融石英由于對(duì)藍(lán)光吸收極低,是藍(lán)光微光學(xué)元器件的理想材料,但熔融石英具有折射率較低的缺點(diǎn),這就要求從光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)的角度進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,從而更好地對(duì)材料進(jìn)行應(yīng)用。
